Melodiya - Viktor Kosenko

In light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I altered my programme at the Western Reserve Concert Series to feature two pieces by Ukrainian composers. Viktor Kosenko (1896-1938) was known as a 'master of lyricism' and drew inspiration from Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, and Scriabin. I hope that this piece gives you a moment of hope - a little way of showing Ukraine support πŸ’™πŸ’›
